The camp runs from Monday to Friday, starting each day at 09h00 and ending at 16h00.

The camp is designed for learners aged 8 to 15.

The camp covers 3D design using Tinkercad, 3D printing, coding, and robotics (using the Weeemake 6-in-1 Evolution robot), as well as wind turbine technology and renewable energy concepts.

No, learners must pack their own lunch and refreshments.

The full 5-day camp costs R950, or you can pay R295 per day if you prefer. If you register at the STEMlab Academy for 2025 (registration fee R1000), the STEM Holiday Camp is free.

Yes, on Wednesday, there is a wind farm excursion where learners will visit a working wind farm and learn about renewable energy.

Your child should bring a packed lunch, refreshments, and a bottle of water. Comfortable clothing and sunscreen are recommended for the wind farm excursion.
